Terms and Conditions – Restaurant Gift Vouchers

SkyCity Adelaide Pty Ltd (SkyCity Adelaide) restaurant Gift Vouchers may be used progressively until the full dollar value is redeemed.
Vouchers purchased for Eos Hotel must be redeemed in full in one transaction on accommodation or in-room dining.
A credit card and contactless payment surcharge of 1.8% will apply when purchasing a SkyCity Adelaide Gift Voucher.
1. A SkyCity Adelaide Gift Voucher can be used to make purchases at any SkyCity Adelaide restaurant, cafe or bar in South Australia.
2. Each Gift Voucher
2.1. expires 3 years from the date of purchase, at which time any outstanding balance on that Gift Voucher will be forfeited.
2.2. cannot be used for the purposes of gaming;
2.3. is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be topped up with additional cash.
3. SkyCity Adelaide is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers and reserves the right to refuse to accept any Gift Voucher where it reasonably suspects that that Gift Voucher (or any amount on it) may have been stolen or otherwise illegally obtained.
4. SkyCity Adelaide reserves the right to cancel any Gift Voucher or its gift card program for any reason without notice. In such case, the balance available on any valid and unexpired Gift Voucher will be refunded to the holder on presentation.
5. SkyCity Adelaide reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without notice.
6. SkyCity Adelaide will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with the purchase or use of a Gift Voucher or any unforeseen card or system failure.
7. Bookings are subject to availability.
8. The purchase or use of a Gift Voucher implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions – EOS Hotel Gift Vouchers
SkyCity Adelaide Pty Ltd (SkyCity Adelaide) accommodation Gift Vouchers purchased for Eos by SkyCity can only be redeemed during your stay and must be redeemed in full in one transaction.
A credit card and contactless payment surcharge of 1.8% will apply when purchasing a SkyCity Adelaide Gift Voucher.
Eos by SkyCity Gift Vouchers can only be used to make purchases for accommodation and participating SkyCity restaurants and bars (when charged back to your room or suite).
2. Each Gift Voucher:
2.1. expires 3 years from the date of purchase, at which time any outstanding balance on that Gift Voucher will be forfeited.
2.2. cannot be used for the purposes of gaming;
2.3. is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be topped up with additional funds;
2.4. can only be redeemed by citing the Gift Voucher reference number when booking and presenting the Gift Voucher upon arrival;
2.5. cannot be used with pre-paid reservations or any other offer, promotion, or rate published outside Eos by SkyCity channels.
3. SkyCity Adelaide is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers and reserves the right to refuse to accept any Gift Voucher where it reasonably suspects that the Gift Voucher (or any amount on it) may have been stolen or otherwise illegally obtained.

Terms and Conditions – Eos by SkyCity B&B Voucher
EOS by SkyCity accommodation Gift Vouchers (EOS Gift Voucher) can only be redeemed during your stay and must be redeemed in full in a single transaction.
A credit card and contactless payment surcharge of 1.8% will apply when purchasing an EOS Gift Voucher.
Eos Gift Vouchers can only be used to make purchases for accommodation and can be redeemed for use at SkyCity restaurants and bars during your stay (but only when charged back to your room or suite).
Bed & Breakfast Gift Vouchers
1. Bed & Breakfast Gift Vouchers are valid for one-night stays and are subject to availability. Close-out dates may apply.
2. They includes breakfast for two at iTL, comprising any one menu item with two add-ons, plus unlimited freshly ground barista-made coffee, tea, and cold-pressed juice per person.
3. Bed & Breakfast Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for in-room dining breakfast. EOS Gift Vouchers and Bed & Breakfast Gift Vouchers:
3.1 expire 3 years from the date of purchase, at which time any outstanding balance on that voucher will be forfeited.
3.2 cannot be used for the purposes of gaming.
3.3 are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be topped up with additional funds.
3.4 can only be redeemed by citing the voucher reference number when booking and presenting the voucher upon arrival.
3.5 cannot be used with pre-paid reservations or in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or rate published outside Eos by SkyCity channels.
